Food is allowed in the room, but the gaming equipment is not to be used at the same time. You can choose to use the room purely for gaming, just for eating as part of a group booking, or a 50/50 combination of both. Confirm your choice at check out.
*For health and safety there cannot be more than 12 people in the XP Gaming Zone room at any one time, this includes players, parents, guardians and any spectators. Extra people will be asked to leave for the safety of staff and customers. Recommended 10 players and 2 parents/guardians/spectators (then they can have some fun as well).
# Booking two back to back hour sessions gets you the time in between them as well for FREE. The sessions must not be more than 20mins apart, or else the room will need to be made available for others between your sessions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The XP Gaming Zone is not a play area. All damages caused while in the room must be paid for in full plus any missing equipment, the room will be checked after your session. Please respect the equipment so we can continue to share this awesome space with as many people as possible.
You must be out of the room by the time booked for your session as to not affect those booked in after you. A full hour rate will be charged if you overstay by more than 5 minutes.

By making a booking for the XP Gaming Zone you are hiring the room. The consoles, games and equipment are provided for free while in there. All contents and equipment remains the property of VRXPerience Limited at all times.
