Please get in touch if you wish to book for more players than are possible within these bundles. VRXP Gloucester can support up to 21 players at the same time and you’ll need to split larger groups across different experiences, swapping at set intervals.

Please ensure everyone arrives at least 10 mins before your session start time, especially with larger groups, to ensure we have time to brief all players and you get the most from your time. Arriving late may mean your overall session time may be shorter if others are booked in after you.

EXTEND YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH A DISCOUNT ON OUR NEW XP GAMING ZONE
When you book one of our Bundle Deals you can add an hour in our brand new XP Gaming Zone at a discounted price (£50 peak, £40 off-peak, instead of £60 peak, £48 off-peak).
You can choose to use the awesome gaming consoles and retro arcade machine, or bring in some light food and drink instead (games will not be available if you choose to use the zone for food).
Corporate and other small Groups
Virtual reality is perfect for team building and corporate events. Seven can defend towers, kill zombies or explore Wonderland while another seven are racing each other in our virtual reality simulators, or battling in giant robots.
After your VR session we can set up tables and chairs for meetings, provide hot and cold drinks, and have exclusive use of the centre so no one will interrupt you during your time with us.
Sending smaller groups is advisable and special deals can be agreed for multiple sessions.

Important Additional Information
Unless stated otherwise, there is no sharing of the headsets, ensure you book the correct number of players for your session.
Arrive 10 minutes before your session start time to enable us to show you how everything works. Arriving late may reduce your overall session time if we have others booked in after you.
There are seating available for parents, guardians and carers to relax on during gaming sessions, they will not be allowed to use the equipment (although depending on the session they may be able to pay the extra to do so).
*You can cancel or change your booking and get a refund up to 48hrs in advance of your session start date, minus the booking fee. After this time you can rearrange another time/date up to 24hrs before your booking. No changes can be made within 24hrs of your booking (unless increasing the booking, subject to availability).
Get one Free 9D roller coaster ride per player that has been paid for as part of the group booking, rides must be used on the same day, during or straight after the session. They cannot be use on other days or transfered to anyone else.
We reserve the right to adjust, amend, cancel or change any booking and group package at any time.
XP Gaming Zone: When booking the XP Gaming Zone, add it onto your booking at checkout and choose the time which matches the end of your main session (if it’s not available then someone already has it booked for their group). You can choose at checkout how you wish to use the room, either for gaming only, food only or half and half (no gaming will be available if there is food in the room). You XP Gaming Zone time starts at the time booked even if you main session overruns to any reason, and you must be cleared up and ready to leave 5 mins before the end time.
